Using Delta Skymiles for a car rental for 5 days, using 5 different Skymiles accounts.

I've got a complicated scenario. I want to rent a car with Budget using Delta SkyMiles points. I have 16,500 as do 4 other members of my family. Is there a way to make 5 reservations for 5 consecutive days? The problem is that to transfer the points to one account would cost $165 per transfer (165x4) which is way more than the car would cost. The other problems are that 3 of the people are minors and I can't rent a car under their name if they aren't the driver. Thirdly, I don't want to have to go to the airport everyday to renew a rental.
Anybody have any ideas? Budget is by far the cheapest even with using points, but if somebody has a solution for Avis, Hertz, National, or Alamo, please let me know how to do this.

Walk in reservations are usually more expensive.
