Gold status bonus is 25%. On BA you won't get it. Although, Plats get 100% mileage bonus, even on BA.

No idea.
Nice enough from Oct.2010 to start letting full regular mileage accrual on BA/AA so better then it used to be.

BA has no equivalent tier to Gold/OW Ruby AFAIK.
