Kosher meals-AA

I have a business flight from Calgary Canada to Dallas and Dallas to Philadelphia. They said they are serving breakfast on first and lunch on second flight. They said they cannot provide kosher meals. I asked for a food voucher and they refused. They were not helpful.
I will be leaving 6 am and have a 2 hour stop over in Dallas. I wont be in Philadelphia till 6 pm.
Does anyone have advice for me how to deal with AA? and is it possible for me to get a food voucher? Is it possible to get meals when they "claim" they cannot?

Do they have 7 days notice for the Kosher meal?

I don't know what they have but anytime I order with them I rarely get it and they don't care when you write them an email.

Does any local carrier (other than AC) offer meals in domestic J (other than Transcontinental flights)?
