Want to get rid of my $300 incidental rebate with Ritz. Not for giftcards. Upgrades, lounge access, luggage, in flight entertainment etc. Want $245+ Paypal fees.

Apparently not. Got two PMs and was taken care of within hours. When the $300 credit is being offered for $225 cash, then $290 for $250 in AA eGCs can't be 'terrible' as long as someone needs AA eGCs.

Sure, not to you clearly. People have different needs and different travel plans they want to fulfill. That's usually how this forum works. If two suitable people find a mutually favorable trade scenario, sparks fly and trades happen. And that's all that matters.
