Apparently he and AJ3042 feel that the whole point of a forum is to put forward untenable positions to elicit ridiculous arguments and being abusive/trolling other posters.

At my work I interact with many Muslims and have political discussions with them. Whenever a discussion comes up about a terrorist bombing they condemn it. They then go on in a backdoor manor to justify the attack. They will say things like "it was terrible what happened but I understand why they did it". The exact same thing is playing out with certain members here. They do not fool me and you don't either.
