Has anyone ever done it? Approximate cost and any recommended companies would be highly appreciated!

I looked into it but ended up just driving.

Cost depends on the size/weight of your vehicle. IIRC all the quotes I got for a Toyota Sequoia were in the $1,000 - $1,400 range, mostly $1,100-$1,300

What was your cost of driving? From where to where?

That roadtrip would be my dream. Unfortunately, the timing is off.

Yeah, sounds about right. Most quotes so far have been around the $1,200 mark.

What was your cost of driving?
I have a big gas-guzzling SUV and it was quite heavily loaded on these trips.
On my last few cross-country trips I would say I typically got about 14-15 MPG.

From where to where?
NYC-SFO. But I didn't exactly take a direct route.

This particular trip was  NYC > MKE > Nashville, TN > Huntsville, AL > DFW > Pecos, TX > Abuquerque, NM > Petrified Forest NP > Grand Canyon > LAX > SFO

Cars and bids use to have a few diff companies listed that you can get instant quote's, but it seems like he opened his own brokerage. im going thru my emails trying to find the companies
