I think it only let you get to that step of you answered that u had the reserve freedom and other cards so prob. weeded out a lot of that

There are people with those cards who have no idea what chase is trying to do here.

Even if I would not have fully understood what they were getting at it is very clear that it is a question of how you would feel about them making the value of the points lower. No matter what it is that is something I would answer to the negative. I hope the rest of the respondents do the same.

There are, but most of those willing to pay the hefty AF have some idea of what their card benefits are....I hope.

Are they only sending it to people with CSR or to all cardholders ?

The travel portal is a complete disgrace to all things computerized. I have been trying to find and book a hotel for hours, but their site is complete trash. Their search feature doesn't work well, and their layout for viewing hotels is atrocious. Please help me Lord, so I don't throw my computer out a window out of utter frustration.

I have a Question about booking hotels/flights through chase travel using  UR points.
Lets say I were to use my CSR points to book aflight- what are the cancelttaion policies? And do I get the same benefits as if I paid with cash? Do I get the tripinsuarnce/cancellation? and do i get point for the flight?
Same goes for the hotels?
