You're welcome. I don't think so. But you can change the address online first. I would assume that would work.

Trying to make a large transfer from UR to UA and it’s not letting me transfer, keeps freezing the page. Called chase and the rep also had same issue. Anyone ever had this?

Did they stop allowing transfers between accounts? meaning household accounts? i removed the saved card and there's no option top pool my points together by adding another card.

Here's a screenshot, there used to be the plus sign to be able to add another card within the household.

Did you have one saved and it was taken away, or you never saved one and just the option to add one disappeared?

Had one saved and removed it to add another one.

What i should have done is checked to see which card was connected and then transferred to that card and once in that account transfer between cards.

I think they took away the option to add a new card, perhaps because of concerns of fraud (selling points). so as Dan said,

They told me that they are making changes so for now they took away the option to add a card but they can do it for you

Is there a way to check UR award activity for prior years? Chase.com won't let me see beyond March 2021

And if not possible, Is it a bad idea to secure message them and asking them?

been like this for weeks now, UR to UR needs to be called in. Hopefully it come back soon.

My FM tried adding my card to her account to transfer points and they kept on saying it's not working. What did she do wrong?

Can you clarify what you mean by "award activity"? Are you referring to redemptions you've made through the Chase travel portal?

yes that and transfers from other household accounts into my account
