A friend of mine had fraud on his CSR. He disputed it, and as usual they issued him a new card which he received about 6 weeks ago. Ever since, he gets an error message every time he tries to use his UR. He's tried booking via phone, and had no luck. He spoke to supervisors, and has had multiple cases opened. It's been escalated multiple times, each time giving him 5k UR as comp, but still not helping. Anyone have any advice? Any corporate emails that might get him further?
