Transferring/Receiving Ultimate Rewards points to/from ineligible receivers.
You can only transfer or receive Chase Ultimate Rewards points between spouses/domestic partners or between co-business owners on a business card. Transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points to others Chase Ultimate Rewards accounts may result in both the sender and the recipient’s cards being closed. You can however safely transfer points directly to an additional user’s airline/hotel mileage account.

I’m trying to transfer points to my brother (same last name) who I’m a secondary cardholder on his account (our primary cards are in different zip codes from each other). It’s not allowing me to do it online. Anyway this can be done?

I haven’t had activity on one of my cards and I see now my UR balance is zero! Is this normal? Anything I pecan do about this?

As long as you have your account open your UR should be there. That's strange.

 Definitely call up chase and see what's going on.

Can anyone help? Trying to transfer UR to my wife's account (under her own username etc). I believe it used to show an option to "add household member" to enable the transfer. It is not giving me that option now. Solution? Thanks

Does she need her name on the card?
If not, 2 suggestions:
1 - Get a card in the name of a child.
2 - Get an additional card for husband (both will work).
If yes, I don't have any ideas.

Thank you! No, she doesn't need her name on the card.
The child idea can probably work. The second card for the husband- they usually still to want to know if the card was damaged or lost. From what I recall, they didn't seem to be willing to just send an additional card without deactivating the first one. But maybe I'm wrong?

IME (very recent, on 2 different Chase cards), no questions asked. And they rushed it as well. I called 5:30 pm, and had it the next day by 1 pm.
