Transferring/Receiving Ultimate Rewards points to/from ineligible receivers.
You can only transfer or receive Chase Ultimate Rewards points between spouses/domestic partners or between co-business owners on a business card. Transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points to others Chase Ultimate Rewards accounts may result in both the sender and the recipient’s cards being closed. You can however safely transfer points directly to an additional user’s airline/hotel mileage account.

I got a similar offer - 5K bonus UR for $5K spend, up to 3x. Same URL, but -5K instead of -10K. Seems like it's only available on one Ink card (of my choosing) with my name on it.

Trying to book tickets for family of 8 via chase rewards (paying $ not using points)
App won’t let me, says to call Chase. Chase rep says she can’t do it and I need to call airline direct.

She said I can’t either split it up and purchase 4 and 4 as it sees it’s from same house.

Is that true? Any workaround?

Up until 2 years ago all of my Chase UR points transfers were instant. Now every single points transfer (I've done about a dozen in the last year) to any partner is delayed 36 - 38 hours. I have points "stranded" in airline programs because I was chasing an award flight that went up by the time the points actually transferred. There was a time I would even transfer more points than I needed to account for the delay.

It's gotten so bad that I've stopped spending on my Chase cards and instead shifted my spending to other credit card programs (Cap1, Amex). UR points are very valuable but less so when partner transfers are delayed.

Every time I call they tell me the delay is to prevent fraud. What fraud? I have transferred to most of these partners in the past and they went through instantly before. My linked accounts haven't changed since then. What use is it if some "unauthorized person" transfers my UR points to my United account? I can understand the delay if this was a first-time transfer to a newly linked partner. But existing linked partners with successful past transfers? Doesn't make sense.

Any ideas how to get out of this UR points transfer jail?

I have had the same issue and it seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes I will transfer to Hyatt and it is instant while other times it takes days. I recently transferred points from amex and was shocked how quick it was compared to Chase.

DP - I've recently transferred to JetBlue and United and they both posted instantly.

Right. It seems that certain Chase accounts are treated differently than others with regards to points transfer time.  I'm trying to determine why Chase delays one person and not the other and more importantly, how to get out of this state.
