When I see the pic you linked to I remember the post. Perhaps they offered Amex Plat free (or steeply discounted) access, just to promote their brand.

I guess it's all hype when they say they'll be adding a bunch more, eh?

Can you guest someone in to a lounge using a cancelled Amex Platinum card?

Yes.
It still works for two adults. Or a family.

AA or Delta, Us Airways even if not flying the carrier.

Is a united ticket with AMEX plat good to get into Presidents Club?

I cancelled my platinum Amex. Does the priority card still work also, or just the cancelled Amex?

If they swipe it, it won't work.

Which they would do in all but the rarest of circumstances, as that's how the lounge gets paid.

Officially, you need a boarding pass to access delta clubs with amex plat, but I used the delta club in lga and they didn't ask me for one, I had a US airways boarding pass in my pocket

Question - So when I use the Priority Pass in a lounge with my husband - for example the Dan Lounge, etc. And we only have one card in his name, I will be charged $27 to be his guest? Any info on this is appreciated.
