Use the AMEX Plat. You have other lounges in t4 that you can use as well.

I don't know if its the same terminal but U.S. and United should let you in. Been there in may and nothing special.

AA only lets you in if you're flying AA, AFAIK. You could book a refundable AA ticket, use its boarding pass to get into the lounge, then cancel the refundable ticket. Bit of a hassle, though.
I know, I tought that in T8, flying AB (which in J you would use AA) they will let you in
Flying US Airways J out of TLV will get you access to the Dan Lounge. That doesn't mean that the Plat will get you in when flying US Y...

Typing on computer in the admiral club in jfk . Entered thru canceled buissness platinum which was my fathers and he was not here, they let 2 ppl enter as it is a buissness card.
