Nope.
Note that the ticket doesn't matter, but the metal of the place is what matters.
UA metal=no.
CO metal=yes.

got a flight tonight on CO out of LAX....plat and the PP card dont work as of 10/1 for the CO lounge...is there really no option for me but to wait by the gate?

Looks like you can use the United Club with the PP card:

Location: Airside - across from Gate 62. Passengers departing from Terminal 5 can also access the Lounge via the tunnel that connects the two terminals.

My wife, my baby, and myself are flying, and my Brother in law and Sister in law will be on that flight too.

If my wife has a cancelled Amex Plat, could we all use the lounge? or just our family? BIL has a business platinum, active, will that cover all of us?

Which lounge could I get access to in JFK? will it work in TLV?

Not AFAIK. You might be able to try a lounge in TLV with the PP, but not sure at all.

There's currently only one in BWI, but Airspace says they'll be adding more:
