I've read mixed reviews about Cheapoair - any recent thoughts on booking with them?

They are the only place I can find to book a flight I see on ITAMATRIX

Used them a bunch of times with no issue.
Change fees were expensive like most OTAs.

The reputable OTAs are all the same, you can use them a bunch of times with no issues, but once you have an issue you spend hours on hold and your issue either doesn't get resolved or they want to charge you big $$$ to resolve your issue.

I use Cheapoair.  I've never seen a hidden carrier ticket, but I only use them in Asia on airlines that don't have English websites and such.

If you book on Cheapoair, you'll get two charges on your CC.  One is for Cheapoair service charges, the other is for the airline directly.  So you get the 5x MR's on an AMEX pers plat.

Again though, I've never used them for a hidden carrier ticket, so I cannot vouch how that will post to your CC's.
