I haven't used my account for a few years.
Logged in and they wanted my ID uploaded.  No problem.
Now they have my account at 'reviewing' for 2 days.
I called and he said that department is only reachable by email, so he'll put in a request for me.
I'm still locked out.
Is there something else I can do?

If travelling with anyone else you should be able to open another account quickly...

If you want, I have probably a dozen phone numbers of vacation rental owners/agents in tzfat from my years in Israel. Some may be outdated as I left a few years ago, but some should be helpful. Most are on whatsapp. Obviously you can't see reviews when booking privately and stuff can happen last-minute with no protection, but it could work.

My husband's was locked immediately too.  But maybe my daughter should open one.  But I think her ID is still on my address. Maybe my son in law -  his ID is probably still on HIS parents, so it won't flag.

Anyone ever have an issue booking apartments after first creating an account? Waited a bunch of hours already, added diffeent payment methods, including gift cards, nothing has been working, keeps giving me error when booking. Any experience?

If now reviews on apt and host, do not risk it. A lot of bait and switch in Israel...(worldwide im sure)

You earn 3 Avios per £1/€1/$1 spent at Airbnb.

The only snag is that you MUST book via a dedicated link on ba.com.  You will not receive any Avios if you go via the standard Airbnb home page.

The terms and conditions state that you will receive your Avios within 60 days of completing your stay.

When booking an Airbnb stay there is an option to pay part now and part later. Terms say that original payment method will be charged the remainder at designated time. Is there a way to change that and pay the remainder with an Airbnb gift card?

You can pay balance with gift card at any time before the 2nd payment. It's hard to find that option but it's there.

I did, but it was in israel and the host appeared frum on the pic (which they were in real life).
That was a real money-saver with no downside except I had to pay cash.

Staying at an Airbnb for the next few nights. I'm really pleased with the house overall, it's better than advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Problem is that we discovered a rodent issue. Our dry foods which were stored in the kitchen pantry closet were damaged overnight by what looks to be mice. Also see evidence of mouse droppings in a few kitchen cabinets. I moved all the undamaged items into our coolers for safekeeping. What would be the best way to handle this? I'm not even sure what I want from the host? Any ideas?

Looking for an airbnb somewhere within 3 hour driving distance from Monsey. Should be walkable to shuls. Any recommendations?
