Liquidating Staples GCs

So after using the search and still not finding the answer to my question, I'll start a new thread in the hope of
1. finding the right answer
2. getting yelled at with a link to the right answer.

Can I use Staples GC bought from Ebay (today's deal) to buy VGC there?
If not, what is best way to liquidate besides selling to ABC or similar?
