These minutes can only be used to call to landline numbers in certain countries. Starting Sept. 1st, the $29.95 and higher plans will all come with a $10/month international calling credit that can be used to call any supported international destination.]
4G devices could only be replenished $29.95 monthly plan or higher, standard plans not allowed

verizon prepaid (sold in Walmart etc,)
Flashed phones not originating from Verizon(has to be a valid verizon esn, flashed from verizon prepaid is also not good).
Canada
Talk 60 cents/minute, You need to have a cash balance in your account and then activate roaming on your device. Add a plan like for example the $10 plan.
[about 30 min. from the Lacolle border (if that's your crossing) your phone will not work.]
