Is there a list of office supply stores?

Sorry if this is listed somewhere (I ran a search but did not find this exactly), but is there a list of stores that is categorized as office supply to get the 5% back with the Ink card? I spoke to Chase and they said they did not have a list, but that the stores categorize themselves..

Also, do any office supply stores sell ebay gift cards? What about Best Buy gift cards? I do a lot of buying there...
