This is an absolutely serious idea, (albeit not a Billion $ one), and I think it's only a matter of time until this business starts in the frum community.
Listening to Ben Shapiro, I hear advertisements for Omaha steaks, and that you can order a box with a premium meat assortment. I think that this concept has a lot of potential in today's frum world (unfortunately, but it's the case nevertheless). Naturally, it would cost a little more for meat, but expensive keep-cold shipping costs could be lowered by offering delivery in big Jewish cities. I think Gourmet Glatt can go into this field with little effort, but really anyone can do it.
Obviously, a marketing specialist would have to figure out the pricing and the options for the boxes, but imagine this:
Premium gift box for 2: Pay $139 and we'll deliver a premium gift box with 2 30-day-aged cowboy steaks, 2 portions of perfectly-marbleized short ribs, 2 duck breasts, two lamb chops, and two tuna steaks. (add all the fancy titles for the cuts of meat...) Beautifully packaged and sure to impress your Toms River brother-in-law!
