It's like this pointless ad that Toronto is currently running on subways. Other than the stupidity of the ad itself, it sounds like this is about Asians being racist against the East...

I think it's trying to say something about it being ungrateful to enjoy a food

The stupidity is that if you made a Venn diagram of Boba drinkers and people prejudiced against East Asians, there probably isn't much crossover. It's like making an antisemitism ad saying, "We love matzah ball soup, so stop hating Jews."

Essentially, different cultures are good as you enjoy some aspects of their culture. Therefore stop people from hating on other cultures.
