Ok here's a serious one:

A diaper changing machine. You sit your baby in it (kind of like a washing machine with a circular hole at the top, and some sort of harness hanging below), the device removes the special diaper, then jets spin around inside, spraying water and soap at the child's lower half. Finally a new diaper is fastened and the child is squeaky clean and smelling great!

They already have something very similar. It's called a "spouse" :P
