is business class seat for parents with a 2 year not convenient?

I  was thinking of  trying international biz class seats for first time for 2 of us and our 2 yr old but  the way biz class seats are set up, they are not next to each other right? Not like economy class where  3 can seat right next to each other?

Our young son will need one of us sitting right next to him.

Which airlines have  biz class seats like what we are looking for? Cathy pacific?

As long as you have 2 seats next to each other one parent can watch the kid and the other parent can rest.

You can book business with a row of 3-4 but it will be a subpar business.

as long as the seats are business with a row of 3-4 , we should be fine and one of the parent can sit next to the child's seat? It 2 seats together like any economy class seats? Can it be made  to bed for 2 year old to sleep? Any airlines?
