It's definitely doable IMHO. I'd risk it for sure.
Of course that assumes the taxi is on time (probably should order it earlier and have him wait until then, make sure it's not a Jew), that there is no major traffic jam, etc.

I flew M'S from newark with swiss similar window from Brooklyn and we had Monsey people on the flight too. EWR is dead at that hour.
