You go to ringplus.net , pick one of the free plans activate your Sprint phone and walla it just works.

1 outgoing call every 60 days. they have a few plans that are free, some need a cc and 1 doesnt need anything. just a clean esn sprint phone. it can be checked on their site.
when you make calls you will hear music or ads instead of a regular ringer

Wrong you must refill once every three months and it was mentioned and it's cost 10 cents per minute
