AsherO: Aren't you supposed to be the grammar police here? how'd you let him get away with that one?

When I'm a grammar n@zi people complain, when I stop people complain, sounds like a lose/lose to me.

Let me explain myself: it is mutar to go swimming together. it is the other people that are going to be in the pool that are the the problem (at least in my religion). Therefore to avoid other people couples will go at a deserted time e.g.-late at night. If you need any more help understanding my simple post then ask and i will explain further.
I think you are really explaining yourself badly, I still cant understand your post. Whats assur with other people seeing you swimming together?  The together does not matter IMO its the wife not being fully covers that matters. Does anyone have a heter for a wife going swimming in a bathing suit in front of non jews. If yes, what is it based on. I could almost for sure say, that infront of other Jiden its assur, as she is "nichschel" them.

I think his point is that a man seeing an improperly clad woman is wrong. Why is that so hard to understand? As keyef stated earlier....
IME the reason to go swimming late at night or other deserted times is that husband and wife can swim together, not so the wife can go not fully covered. If she has a "cover-up" then i don't see the problem.
He was stating that night is less of a problem with regard to him seeing other women.

Also, IMHO (and religion) its assur for a woman to be seen that way, be it by a jew or non-jew.

well at night the chances are smaller, but at a hotel pool people will still pass by. So its not that simple. Maybe at a beach at 2 in the morning its something else.
By the way A jid and goy is not the same. A wife is not "nichshel" a goy, but a yid she is. Thats the 1 issue. The second issue is, that there is a problem of "mokoim sheminhag lechasois" (hair is a ervo and she for sure has to cover up) and then its not znius. So I asked a poisek if there might be a heter, since at the beach with only goyim a one piece bathing suit is more then normal. So maybe that takes care of the issue of "mokoim sheminhag lechasois" He is looking into it, if one can be matir. Ask your own Rabbi...

I'd love to hear what he has to say, but I would like do disagree with the assumption that what other non-jews do would establish the criteria for Tznius by a Jewess. The halachos of Tznius are not limited to jews seeing, and I definitely would not establish norms based on what non-jews are wearing, or the streets in every Jewish neighborhood would be looking much different...

Le Meridian Khao Lak, Thailand.
I doubt it is.

Besides are you going to tell me that there are cameras covering the endless amounts of pools and hot tubs in a place like the Grand Hyatt Kauai?  And that the cameras can pick up whats going on at night?  Maybe there are cameras in the GHK in the little caves hidden behind the waterfalls along the pool?
And I'm sure there's a whole team of guards actively watching the 500 screens it would take to cover all that...

A forum member (and concierge purchaser) is there right now actually.  Maybe he can chime in about this secret labyrinth of snooping cameras?

Definitely no cameras by the pool i haven't even seen one in the actual hotel, you can for sure find a hidden spot in the fantastically huge pool to swim where no one will see you (or quickly go in the cave/s under the waterfall and do whatever you wish in there ;)
