Why are your orders getting cancelled, are you getting a reason in a cancellation email?
I had 3/4 ship and 1/4 cancelled. I never received an email about the cancellation (I found out by looking at my account online). I emailed them to ask why some shipped and that one was cancelled they responded with the following:

Our records indicate that this was the case with your order and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
