closing all my amex cards pls help

i spend a few million dollars a year on my amex cards and it seems like they want to shut me down because my income dosent warranty such spending even though its always within my credit limit does anyone have experience with this pls help

Anyway AFAIK they won't close down your account if you make any income, they just reduce your lines.

Why not just send them the tax forms they want?

I don't know what you're spending million on, but plenty of businesses spend millions and only break even at the end of the day.
Can you not argue that somehow?

Maybe in that case Amex doesn't want the exposure, their margin isn't high enough to warrant that kind of risk.

If you know they're going to shut you down then just close the cards yourself.  It'll look better on your credit report.

I'd say from reading many F/R reports (and being a victim myself) that AmEx tends to first extend the credit line then reconsider when they decide it's risky.

Besides, I'd bet he's doing 500k-millions on a charge card, as opposed to a predefined credit line.
