Finally some competition to Sprint, rumor has it VZW was testing this as well. Hopefully this will force Sprint to reconsider (some of) their recent strategic decisions.

Maybe Hesse is just trying to make Sprint more affordable for VZW to buy and get him a nice parachute?

Touché. More consolidation will probably hurt consumers, but maybe one of the new kids on the block (e.g. MetroPCS) will take off...

Looks like thats not happening...
Didnt see it on here yet, but did see on SD yesterday that sprint is cutting off discounts on Sero plans. I saw a copy of a bill with the following wording:

SERO Plans No Longer Discountable
Effective 3/1111, SERO rate plans will no
longer be discountable. Please send any
questions to everythingreferral@sprint.com.

I dont have a sero plan, so did not see it myself. Perhaps someone who does can confirm it on their bill this month. I have a copy of the bill but its too large to attach here. How can i make a pdf smaller?

Will it work with all existing regular plans? If yes, I can't see Verizon not matching.

No. But Rollover is from "an andereh tzeit". Almost all recent changes they matched. And this is a huge benefit.

IMHO ceejay makes a valid point, that now VZW has to compete extra hard for the iPhone customers. The other thing is that Sprint doesn't offer rollover, but now both AT&T and Sprint offer AMAT.

I tried to add this to two plans, one was a standard plan and it took a minute, the other one was a discounted (promo?) plan, the option just wasn't there online. You can probably double-dip and get AnyMobile and AT&T A-list on some plans...

Because you are not limited to only 10 numbers. Besides, this way you can use the F&F 10 numbers for landlines since the AnyMobile covers all cellphones (any carrier).
