In the past you could get these Stand Up 2 Cancer Master Card Gift Cards at CVS without having to pay the $4.95 activation fee, so I use to stop by in my local CVS and purchase 4 of these every day before going to work, my friendly cashier didn't have a problem letting me use a ***** for the purchase, starting today reports started coming in that the standard $4.95 fee is being applied to these GC purchases, as always we enjoyed it while it lasted.

even with the fee it would have be valuable if my (friendly) cashier would have let me use a ***** for the purchase,
