The markets are down almost 10% from their highs. What to do now ? Buy ?sell? Get on a plane to the Maldives where they don't know what the Dow is. Sell all your points to a broker.

I just don't get how something that affects so many people and doesn't get any attention. I guess this is where people come to get away from reality and not discuss the "bad stuff"

No one knows. The biggest rallies happened during the GFC. Tomorrow things may go back in the red.  One must decide if he thinks that stock is worth the price, and sooner or later it will go up if it's a good company.

It is easy to say buy on the way down but you need a better understanding than that. Many so called smart investors went broke with that strategy. It is no different than going to Vegas and doubling down until you win. I mean at some point you have to win.

Every businessman has lost money. Nothing is guaranteed. But if you not talking about a company that might go bankrupt and/or the majority of analysts/ are saying garbage, it shouldn't be a problem.
