I don't get it there was a 5 piece limit and last time was 2 so if most people bought the full amount they were able to it should still have sold out in double the amount of tim as last time (90,000/5 and 18,000/2) and even if some people didn't buy the max they were able to it still should have been sold out by now....

"on hold" means something didn't go right in cc authorization process. You can call US Mint to sort it out.

My orders say ON HOLD and I just called the Mint - the rep went through everything and said it's fine, and that it is just a temporary status and will change on its own.
