He means if they were a Christian missionary organization.
So does make them better or worse that Footsteps?

He means if they were a Christian missionary organization.
That wouldn't be an accurate comparison, I actually meant that the organization is run by Christians with no missionary agenda.
@CM- I don't think that's offensive. Would you support a Jewish org whose mission statement is to provide alternatives for OTD Catholics?
If you don't care why would you comment?

Falling out of emunah is not the worst possible aveirah

It's the first of the Aseres Hadibros, and makes one lose their chelek in Olam Haba.

I won't judge an individual because I don't know his nisayon, but the aveirah of kefirah is horrible. Let's call a spade a spade.

Perhaps you could argue that others are worse, but it's not a competition.

The fact that it's so bad is, if anything, a reason to help bring someone back to the fold, but Footsteps does precisely the opposite.

100%!!!
I would rather see a Catholic that went OTD believe in Judaism than no G-d at all.

I would say the same about Catholicism if not for the shutfus issue.

Common understanding of Catholicism is that the holy 3 are all G-d like characters, so it is a form of idolatry, going against the concept of only 1 G-d.

Just explaining for you. Don't bother explaining yourself to others;)

...and Judaism not believing Jesus Christ is the son of G-d is not a problem for Catholics. Have you ever entertained the idea that we are both praying to the same G-d?

No discussion needed on something everyone should agree on. That it can't be proved or disproved (Holy Trinity).

If only that were true there would never be a discussion about religion or G-d because it can't be proved or disproved...

All the discussion I see here is about religion and not about G-d.

I don't think we should debate its existence, but the debate over the status of the trinity in Jewish law is an interesting one. Major scholars have differed but I think the accepted opinion is that believing in the 3 is a violations of the 1.

The "Oneness of G-d" is not an easy concept to comprehend. See Chovos Halevavos, Shaar Hayichud just to get an idea of the complexity.

Neither is the Trinity, from my limited knowledge.

At this point, my thought is that there are flaws in Footsteps:
these are not flaws that's their goal

They need help and sympathy, not backs turned to them.  So the organization does good in helping them.
Drown as deep possible

I've also heard phenomenal things about them and have donated to them but they serve a different population.
