Yes- sliding doors. If the track would bother you when you lean over the tub you can put a towel over it.

Curtains = messy
Glass doors =  kids being wild and breaking glass doors and bathing with glass shards on the floor and cutting themselves  ( my experience  )

the first time i was allowed to bath myself in a bathtub with a door i tried to make myself a swimming pool thinking it was totally sealed  boy was that fun!

There are doors without the metal rod on the tub ledge so there’s no problem sitting on ledge and bathing kids.

You mean the track which helps the doors stay on track and glide freely.

Your best bet is to go into a shower and tub store and look for yourself, there's lots to choose from. (or even home depot/lowes).
