#1-Can I transfer a balance on a card with my name only to a card with someone elses name only?

#2- Can I transfer from a joint acount to an account with just one of the names?

absolutly you can
the only hardship is, if its in someones name, to deal with that card later they have to do it
and its a pain

BE WARNED!!! its not unusual for the credit card company to call you from their "fraud department" to ask you some questions if the accounts dont match. I cant blame them though, they dont just want to write out the check....
