General Q&A Master Threads for each board

I think there should be the place in asking general questions and answers, that thread should be sticked to the top, I think that would be a very useful thing for the forums.

Exactly! Like this people like me wouldn't care, and the people willing to answer (like Dan) will just hop in to answer.
This should NOT have to be a thread where you'll search for answers

The problem is there are so many new threads created every day for silly questions as to which card to use for airfare...
Why not ask in the Q&A thread and finish
