My husband is good.  He got back all but $200 for it.  I will take that up with Amex Platinum to see if I can recoup on incidental charges.

I got the $200 Cancellation fee back from Amex Platinum so my ticket was basically refunded.
Still 1 person traveling though.

Anyplace I can credit the mileage besides the SkyPesos?
