He cavorts with his female classmates at Columbia, publicly. There are pictures of him hugging and being hugged by females who are not his wife, daughter, mother, etc. I dont know if that qualifies as "serious opposition of halacha", but no purported rabbinic figure that I know of does that.

I dont purport to measure anyone's schar or oinesh, but i will agree that if he keeps them in the fold its better than them stepping out. However, the ends justifying the means is not the answer.

I have never heard of or seen anything of the like, so unlesd you have proof dont go around spreading such stuff.

Unfortunately a lot of rabbis do plenty of cavorting. Just not many put the videos on YouTube.

Ok, so because you never heard of or saw something it doesnt exist. I get it. There are pictures out there of him at his graduation ceremony from RCC where he is hugging women and "cavorting" with them. I didnt put the pictures up. They were out there.

If a rabbi does something you think is wrong, that disqualifies him from the title retroactively. We can therefore say that no rabbis do wrong things. Genius!

Don't mock it. I never appreciated the beauty and depth of the selichos until I went to a leibedik selichos. Was the most inspiring selichos I've attended.

Wow, this video is amazing. This guy has such charisma and is a magnet for young people who don't fit in the box. Shouldn't he be revered for being a pre-OTD solution instead of reviled because he's different?
