Hi.
Any good ideas how to meet spending thresholds on my Amex card?
Everything said above notwithstanding, here are some threads on some methods
1.   The Target PrePaid Red Card
2.    Amexserve/Softcard
3.   Bluebird
4.   Amex Gift cards (buy now, meet spend minimum and use for spending, or cash out via method 1 – see wiki). Discussed somewhat in this thread also inappropriately started, but with some good info now

Use it to pay someone to teach you how to search?

Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

As you can probably tell members on this forum are bullies, trolls and selfish. I on the other hand have been called all three plus some. Which card are you trying to meet spend on and for how much?
I was going to say just this but I held myself back. I don't know if you're being serious but I'm going to continue your point.
Instead of jumping on an innocent question, people should just answer normally. This "bully the n00b" mentality is disgusting-either answer nicely or not at all. No need to rebuke, shame, or engage in any other negative behavior-he's asking a perfectly innocent question which to his mind isn't one being discussed here. It's not like there's a thread entitled "meeting AMEX thresholds" on the first page.

There is however a thread that says "Start Here!" and then in bold letters "Read through the threads in this board before attempting to post elsewhere."
I agree there is no need to be cruel, I do think its time to implement a welcome email.

Of course I am being serious. Why would I need to pick on n00b's when there are idiots with 1k+ posts?

Hi.
Any good ideas how to meet spending thresholds on my Amex card?
I personally find Serve to be the most convenient. Signing up now will entitle you to load $1K per month per card (spouse can also sign up for potential 2K per month total) from the convenience of your home. You can only load $200 per day but you can set up a loading schedule so that it loads it over 5 days automatically. Note that the name on the CC must match the name on your account. The only annoying part is that many times when you remove one Amex card and add another one Serve makes you verify that you own the CC by sending in a picture of the card and your license with the matching name. But for me the benefit of easily loading the money far outweighs the slight annoyance.
