In addition, if we have a SCOTUS that condones מעשה סדום we don't know where it might end. Possibly just like Germany in the 1930s and on.

Furthermore, I can't recall at the moment who it was, but there was once one of Gedolei Yisroel by the Lubavitcher Rebbe for yechidus, and the talk was about opposing abortions. This Godol asked the Rebbe why should we care if Goyim perform abortions. The Rebbe responded to him that even Goyim having abortions goes against לא לתוהו בראש לשבת יצרה.

For many on these forums this entire discussion is theoretical, but for those who are eligible to vote in states such as FL, OH, CO this is a very serious issue. I don't think any G-d fearing jew should take this lightly based on their own thoughts or emotions, but rather ask their Rov or Rebbe and act accordingly.

While Bloomberg was an excellent executive and effective mayor, in his last term he turned into somewhat of a dictator, shoving his liberal agenda down our collective throats.

Oh. For the moderates all we need to do is play a loop of Ruth Bader-Ginsburg.

I wonder if a Bloomberg endorsement means that the US DOT will turn into the US department of Hiking and Biking, just like he did to the NYC DOT.

If he appoints personal cronies that are similar to himself, it seems unlikely that Congress will confirm them.

Of course, for all we know, by November 9th morning he can be a full blown liberal already.

Or to rephrase that again, Trump at least claims he'll appoint judges on par with Scalia. Hillary Definitely will not!

Why should I trust that he'll appoint a SCOTUS on par with Scalia as opposed to just saying that to get conservatives to vote for him despite his laundry list of liberal policies?
