Considering how a big part of the speech was trolling the Dems and making them sit on their hands while he spoke about popular aspects of his policies these numbers are very good. The Dems did not look good refusing to applaud black employment, higher wages, the anthem, etc.

I didn't watch the speech so can someone tell me did he follow through on his biggest campaign promise. Did he say Mexico is still paying for the wall?

At least the top R's understands this nothing burger memo has nothing to do with the Mueller investigation.

"This is a completely separate matter from Bob Mueller's investigation and his investigation should be allowed to take its course," Ryan said, noting that he also supports Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who oversees Mueller.

Ryan said the memo shows "there may have been malfeasance at the FBI by certain individuals." He did not provide additional details, only saying that "there are legitimate questions about whether an American's civil liberties were violated by the FISA process," a reference to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

The FBI can set the facts straight by declassifying redacted versions of the underlying evidence.
