Im more concerned with DNA results, bofh ways to prove guilt or innocence. There have been enough articles that now question how DNA was used and collected.

And again, just like the MSM half truths...im for prison reform for non-violent criminals. Violent criminals should do hard time.

You are missing the point. Lets assume your view of him is correct. That doesn't mean he can't be a racist also. KISS

This case was all about race and he wanted the death penalty to come back because of it. That is pure racism!!!

I cant follow the logic. I see him as a narcissist that cant admit fault or take responsibility for a mistake, and I think we can agree on this. I also agree that this doesnt preclude him from also being a racist, but it also doesnt prove that he is one. If you are going to use KISS or occams razor then wouldnt it make sense that his behavior is all explained by the one characteristic that we agree on and would explain the behaviors?

Samantha Bee's "joke" was pretty despicable. So was Roseanne's. If you ask me Roseanne got what she deserved. The WH should have called her out on it, just like they did with Bee. I also dont think the WH should be calling for Time Warner to fire her.

However, this is a clear display of a double standard, if a conservative comedian had made Bee's comments about Chelsea Clinton then I think that person would be facing way more backlash and would most likely be out of a job.

The guy has a ton of faults and racism IMHO is one of them. I gave several examples and everyone wants to look at each example in isolation. That is not how you judge if someone is a racist.

Remember this is the guy who claimed at the beginning he never heard of Duke and wouldn't condemn him.
The same guy who said there are good Nazi's.
I put 2 and 2 together and come up with 4 not 0.

This is the crux of the disagreement. I am loathe to use such a metric to go further than a maybe since it is extremely subject to confirmation bias. When the media is busy towing that line constantly like we have now with Trump it is even more likely.

A prime example of this is when he called MS13 animals. I can think of no better way to describe them. That was not a racist comment even if it would have come straight from David Duke. Yet the liberal media and you both went touting it as such. That is nothing but confirmation bias. How many other statements of his would be interpreted differently had they been made by someone who wasn't being attacked by an incompetent campaign which didn't know how to deal with their opponent?
