Something that is annoying me about this thread is that CM plays the trumpster card a bit too much. When someone (I have seen this with aygart a few times) agrees with him then he says things like, "At least I can talk to you, not like the trumpsters", but then when they disagree they go right back into the trumpster camp.
I am not saying there arent people who will never see the bad that Trump says and does, there are plenty of examples of that in here. If you want to call those people Trumpsters I am all for it, although I think it would probably be smarter to just ignore them. But if you are going to call someone a trumpster every time they disagree with you or every time they like something that trump did, or every time they criticize a dem then the term loses all meaning.

What were you expecting it to say? Were you really expecting that they would find someone who explicitly wrote "We like Hillary and we are therefore going to let her off"?

BTW, they basically do write that about DOJ and Huma.

The problem is you are confused between a Trumpster and a closet Trumpster.
As far you being a Trunpster here is one simple test. Do you believe Trump is a liar and just makes things up all the time.

I never praised @aygart comment. I was pointing out you can't use logic on a Trumpster but there is still hope for him as he is only a closet Trumpster.

I was expecting to say something like Comey lied, if that was case. Since it didn't say that it tells me Comey was telling the truth.

Why the focus on Comey? Systemic bias is much more important than whether someone actually lied or was just a self aggrandizing hack who didn't care about rules as long as it benefited him.

This goes to the Mueller probe. Does Comey have credibility. He showed no bias according to the report. He did not lie according to the report.

If the chief investigators were biased then it is a VERY BIG issue even if Comey was not. As we see with the language, he was very willing to follow their recommendations, which makes sense since he should not be micro-managing every investigation. If the underlings were biased and explicitly mixed politics into their investigations then that makes the investigations biased even if he personally may not have been. Also, if such open bias was so rampant under his watch that in itself shows rotten leadership. Who cares if he personally was biased. The investigation very certainly was. The question isn't any of the people but rather the systemic bias of the high level investigators.

Here is exactly the problem - putting aside the issue of whether/how much Trump lies, this is the issue - you may be saying that HRC, etc should be in jail, but no one was as outspoken against her obvious lies, obstruction of justice, etc, as they are against Trump's slightest perceived infraction.

That does not mean that Trump is always right, but it does mean that a VERY different standard is being applied to him, which means that any honest person is going to take a step back and accept that at the very least they need to seriously question their source of info about him, as well as how much they themselves have been biased against him because of all the negative info they're already heard.

Who were they biased against. This whole circus act hurt HRC. Comey didn't put Lynch in the loop because he felt she was biased towards HRC. Everything points to Comey being fair and impartial. His poor judgment was talking about the case at all.

Was there different rules for this report than the last one? Last one they found McCabe lied and said that in a PC way. This report in no way shape or form said Comey lied about anything.


Full disclosure: I have not read one word of the report. I am relying on FOX to give me all the bad things about the report.
