Search APWU's website and you will see massive grievance awards effecting tens of thousands employees.

Who our all these bad employees that don't do their job? Fireman, police, teachers, hotel workers, postal employees?

Please explain to me why thousands of APWU grievances are won every year against USPS. Once you understand that you will understand why unions are needed more than ever.

Even for unskilled labor, there's a reason why WalMart and Target and many other retailers (my assumption is that they are the biggest employers of non skilled non union employees) increased wages to well above minimum wage, and offered more benefits. If you were correct they should be paying minimum wage, and not providing any extra benefits.

They are also much more in the public eye than Brown's Slaughterhouse.

You claimed the unions are protecting these lazy workers that can't do their jobs. Who are these individuals you are talking about?

He is assuming that by bad workers not doing their job you are referring to ones of various specific racial and ethnic identities. I see no reason to think that way for someone who is not a racist. Only a racist will assume that when someone refers to bad workers it has to do with race.

+1 regardless of race there are always going to be some good workers, and some bad workers, and the good workers are help back because the union needs to protect the bad ones. For example an excellent teacher with 2 years experience will get laid off before a horrible teacher with tenure.
