All shutdowns are different and the D's are licking their chops. If I were the D's I would go on a media blitz saying he is bluffing like usual. That should make sure there is a shutdown.

of course it’s a national security issue, we have to know who’s coming into our country. If families are able to come in, I’m sure more dangerous people can too...
