My guess is since they are deliberative and were protected by executive privilege and release on that condition. What effect do you think Booker's publicity stunt will have on future protected documents?

This would be hilarious to watch. So many questions would have to be answered first. Did he violate any rule?
It was like on the first day they wanted a vote held. The R's said only if they were in ES. The D's said there is no such rule. The R's countered with show me where there is no such rule. No I am not making this up.
