On Saturday night, her lawyer, Howard Walsh, released a statement to CNN and the Senate Judiciary Committee.
"Simply put," Walsh said, "Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford."

That was brought up in the hearing but K didn't answer it. Is a statement made by a lawyer on behalf of the client the same as the client making the statement?

Don't confused a witness not remembering and no recollection with denials.
Her long term girlfriend had no recollection. The part that they keep leaving out is that she also said she believes Ford.

Ford originally said that she didn't tell her friend about it at the time (and that's why she doesn't remember the party).

Today she said that she told her friend at the party.

I was just pointing out that you made a statement with such conviction, about something you clearly knew nothing about (as evidenced by the fact that you were clearly wrong).

I'll also note that your mistake seems to stem from an assumption that Kavenaugh is hiding something, an assumption that you did not make regarding Dr. Ford.

There are too many holes in her story and she seemed to be manipulating. All of the supposed witnesses named by her denied it. Kavanaugh gave a really powerful denial. It seemed very genuine.

More that I am seeing around. I did not see any of the hearings at this point so cannot speak for them at all. This is a very one sided list and many of them make sense considering the time span, but then the same time span could be affecting her memory of other aspects of the story as well.

She can't fly, but flies the world.
The whole world knew that SJC offered to go to her but she had no clue.
She remembers nothing about the night other than that it 100% was K
Only her counsel has seen therapist notes but WaPo reporter has read them.
Her friends werent told about letter but her friends leaked it.
She didn't want to talk to press but spoke to WaPo numerous times
Spoke to people on the beach about incident but didn't discuss with anyone other than therapist and husband
Because of the science she listed there can't be mistaken ID but she cannot remember any detail of the night other than that it was him

This is where the impressions of the voters come into play. One thing the dems succeeded in doing is to rile up the Rs.
