Just seen on FOX the girl she was said to have helped denied it ever happened.

ETA:Monica Mclean, retired FBI SSA and friend of Ford, gave @ABC this statement:
“I have NEVER had Christine Blasey Ford, or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at anytime.”

Just like I predicted they didn't look into lies told to congress.
This is not the FBI's fault. They did the job they were instructed to do.

I'm not seeing anything that resembles sexual assault allegations ? He made people uncomfortable? It's easy to pull up a past incident and say you were made to feel uncomfortable 35 years ago but who said it wasn't consentual?

The New Yorker article first indicates that she said he stuck his penis in her face and later it says that they all said it was plastic ?

When did that become sexual assault ? The article indicates that they all laughed.

I in no way condone or support his behavior, he seems to have been a jerk, but so is everyone.

All these moral wizards who come back 35 years later and say how aghast they are and how bad he was.

In 1992 I was 7 years old and attended CGI Detroit and almost every kid made fun of me, teased me, taunted me and otherwise made my life miserable. I lost my temper constantly and was always being punished.

Oh well,kids are real Shi*s and I grew up, became a better person and moved on.

One of those kids, was someone who over the years I kept interacting with, we became friends, we were roommates for years, he apologized, I forgave him.

He's one of my best friends, one of the smartest people I know, a genuine mentch and sincere human being and I'd nominate him to scotus if I could.

I'd bet you that most of these grand wizards of the great order of lynching are themselves guilty.

Once a girl called me "a funny sight" or as I joke "a funny site" and I didn't report her to the PC police for hurting my feelings.

That is all he said she said. This issue now is did he lie to congress. As someone that is extremely familiar with HS/college parties there is a .01% chance he did not lie.

I was replying to you to refer to.the end of the article where he discusses if he lied.
in regards to your point there will be no change I'm public perception or.the dem/ Republican battle but there very well might be changed in the undecided votes

An example would be the terms he used in his year book. To lie about small things (I agree they are small) is a big problem.

i would guess being under intense pressure and scrutiny makes you try to be too perfect and also can lead to mistakes in judgment not saying that was necessarily what happened but I do think it's very plausible
