Read some of it. But i also read the reports from before in which she said she doesn't remember what the room looked like or where it was.

No one does. My point is to attack her because she doesn't remember things is ignorance.
The same ignorance that says she lied about fear of flying because she does fly. DW has a fear of flying but flies all over the country.

She (or more likely her lawyers) lied in saying that her fear of flying does not allow her to attend the hearing when it was first scheduled.

The issue I have with her (well, not with her per se, but with this situation) has nothing to do with her memory. The way I see it, she may be telling the truth, she may not be telling the truth, but if we are unable to corroborate her story and prove Judge Kavanaugh's guilt, then he remains innocent until proven guilty.

It's normal for victims to forget what happened one week ago... Especially when the assault happened 36 years ago. . if you don't believe it then you gotta research it. Google it.

Correct. It could have been resolved in such a normal fashion. A full FBI+congressional  investigation that lasts 3 months.

But it's unfair to K that he should lose out on this because of politics.


I personally have said that a full investigation that happens after the vote is fair. At that point unless there is a smoking gun after every rock has been turned over he stays.
