what is the difference between the 2 for the purposes of the Mueller mandate? More specifically, when the mandate talks about links or coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign how is that different than if the mandate said collusion between the 2 parties?

IMHO it will be pretty easy to prove a link between the two with just the Trump tower meeting.

Facts first, the CIA has NOT definitively concluded anything.

Sounds like the difference for our purposes is that one is illegal and the other not.

Following that logic, the difference between the two would be that one is a legal investigation and the other is a political witch hunt with no legal ramifications.

Not sure what logic you are using. Mueller was given a mandate and he is following it. No matter what Trump and the Hannity Kool-Aid drinkers say this is a legal investigation. Let it run its course.

You know the confidence level? No one knows. It is classified. The fake new through anonymous sources makes up stuff and then have tantrums.

Sorry that I was unclear. I did not mean whether or not it was legal to set it up but rather whether it is about legal ramifications or simply politics.

That is fine, but just know that when you say that the investigation is not about whether or not something illegal was done then that automatically means that it is a political witch hunt.

I said no such thing!!! Read the mandate. It is spelled out in black and white. The mandate doesn't say that there was illegal acts committed. That is what they are investigating.

If you are trying to say the SC was appointed for the purpose of a witch hunt then you need to talk to the Republican DOJ that appointed him. The only ones you are going to get to believe that is Hannity Kool-Aid drinkers.
